We had the chance to participate in an interview with Psych Stars Dule Hill and James Roday, and they answered this exact same question:
Dule Hill: For myself it’s always been the one I think from Season 1, which may have been the first or second episode, where he called me Gus “Silly-Pants” Jackson. You know, I – because when he first threw that out it kind of caught me off guard first of all because I believe that was one that was just off the top of his head. And it cracked me up. I just thought it was a hilarious thing. And, you know, we’re big fans of Stoney Jackson over here Stoney and the Silly-Pants, you know.
James Roday: …kicked it all off. So I think it’s always going to be special for us since everything sort of sprang from that.
They definitely come in the script now but any time we can top what’s there, we don’t hesitate. Everyone’s in on the fun now.
It would have to be, “MC Clap Yo Handz.”
Why? Because after Shawn introduces Gus as that, Gus ACTUALLY claps his hands! It makes me crack up every single time!!! Then of course, Gus makes me laugh even more when he says, “with a Z” It’s just sooo hilarious!!!
My favorite is Gus TT Showbiz. Mostly because Gus points out, “The extra T is for extra talent.” (Soooo true btw)
My favorite is Sterling Cooper, because I’m also a big Mad Men fan 🙂
I kind of like when Shawn actually introduced him by his actual name because it was so unexpected. Fave alias: Galileo Humpkins

My favorite nickname for Gus is Lavender Gooms, because it’s the real name of Dulé Hill’s aunt. And it’s the best name ever. 😀

My favorite has got to be eiher MC ClapYoHandz or Ctrl Alt Delete. Gus’s hand motions made both of them absolutely hilarious!
My favorite Gus alias has to be “Tan” when him and Shawn were pretending to be models (Black and Tan) because when they got to the club the bouncers thought it was the other way around and it was hilarious.
That’s a tough one. They’re all so great. But I’ll have to go with Dr. Mc TtTTtttTtTT-tuck and Shutterfly Simmons (because of how Gus went along with it. lol) and Shawn (no relation XD). My top three….of course if I *had* to pick one….that’d had to be ‘Shawn’ because well that’s just so funny, plus both Gus’ and the woman’s face were priceless =D
I like Lavender Gooms, since it is the name of one of Dule’s relatives.
I don’t know which ONE is my favourite, but I did like Ovaltine Jenkins because my parents used to drink Ovaltine (a coffee alternative) when I was a kid. Like a pp I liked when he was introduced correctly too because it was such a shocker! Thanks for the giveaway.
My favorite Gus alias is either Shawn (My name is Shawn, and this is Shawn. No relation) or Donut Holeschtein. The first one makes me laugh b/c of how simple it is, the second one is just so ridiculous that even Shawn and Gus agreed it was a bad alias.
My favorite has got to be “Tan” from “Black and Tan: A Crime of Fashion” as the reaction through out the episode on how everyone thought Gus was “Black” was great. Plus, Gus knocking the model across the room with the pillow for getting it wrong was just sweet!
My favorite is Clementine Woollysocks, I laugh EVERYTIME!!

my favorite Gus alias is a combination of two. He first says his nickname is is Ol’ Ironside. The changes it to Old Iron stomach.
