It´s Done, Jimmy Fallon will take over The Tonight Show in 2014

Late Night With Jimmy Fallon - Season 5After all the feuding, the drama and the speculation, now it´s a done deal, and soon NBC will announce it as such: Jimmy Fallon will take over The Tonight Show for 2014, taking the place of soon to be departed Jay Leno. From next year on, The Tonight Show will move its operations from Los Angeles to New York to the 30 Rock building from where Jimmy Fallon´s Late Night airs.

The show will of course change its name to The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and it´s still not quite sure what will happen with Late Night, but word around is that Seth Meyers could be the replacement and is already in early discussions to fill in the position soon to be left open by Fallon. Daniel Radcliffe Stand Up Comedy Debut on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

Ok, Jimmy Fallon is capable of anything these days. After learning yesterday that Late Night with Jimmy Fallon got renewed by NBC he pulled all the stunts, and brought one of the most influential young men in Film Industry. Harry Potter himself, Daniel Radcliffe. And after a while on an interview they ended up talking about Stand Up Comedy, and how Daniel had never tried it.
Jimmy Fallon offered his stage to perform, and Daniel took the chance to announce it would be terrible and that he only knows one joke.
He went behind the curtain, and after a little build up from Jimmy Fallon, he introduced Daniel Radcliffe´s Stand Up Comedy debut as Danny Radcliffe.
Ok, it was a stunt, since Daniel Radcliffe´s routine lasted about twenty seconds and consisted in only one bad joke, but it was surely entertaining to see both guys enjoying themselves and teasing about stand up comedy.

Cancelled and Renewed Shows 2011: NBC renews Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

HBO renewed Game of Thrones for a second seasonBET renewed The Game, and renewed Let´s Stay Together among at least other twenty shows either renewed or cancelled, with even big milestone shows as All My Children and One Life To Live getting the axe.

So, every news around that may arise about renewals get a sigh of relief even though the show have been looking solid.

That´s what happened to NBC renewing Late Night with Jimmy Fallon for season three.

Jimmy Fallon was leading his time frame in the late night shows, so it´s not a shocker at all that NBC renews Late Night with Jimmy Fallon through 2012, but it´s always good news to have it written in stone.

With both Last Call with Carson Daly and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno both renewed same as Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the entire late night roster is coming back.

Not only that, but also Tiger Woods. In his first late night interview since 2009, Jimmy thanks Tiger for giving him so much material in late 2009 and 2010. They also talk about Jimmy’s reminiscing with Tiger about the time he beat in his video game and the new features on ‘Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters.

Jimmy Fallon´s last night was all about music stars.Fresh out of her announcement to host Saturday Night Live tomorrow night, Miley Cyrus joined Jimmy Fallon and a while later REM frontman Michael Stipe was on an interview in last night´s show, where he dicussed with Jimmy the band recent album called Collapse into Now, that marks the fourteenth record in the extensive alternative rock resumee. The new record is set to be released March 7 and was recorded in Berlin, Nashivlle and New Orleans. 12 songs and a bonus track are on this record.

NBC´s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon has been on the air for two years. Last night airing marked thw second anniversary of the show.

Last night, Jimmy celebrated the show’s second anniversary with ice cream professionals Ben and Jerry! Not only did the pair bring an ice cream cake, but they unveiled the newest Ben & Jerry’s Fair Trade flavor, “Late Night Snack!” (Talk a little about product placement there, huh?).

Also, Abigail Breslin stopped by and did her impressive Jersey Shore impression and Mike Tyson and Jimmy faced off in an epic game of Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots.
