More information to fill the lists for cancelled shows of 2012 and renewed shows of 2012. And in this case, controversy arose, since TMZ reported that Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian decided to cancel Khloe and Lamar and help Lamar Odom focus on reviving his career after the demise of his playing form and his numbers, and even his attitude towards the game. The basketball player, and former sixth men of the year on the NBA, while playing for The Lakers is still a talented player at 32 years of age, and could make a push for a comeback after being released by the Dallas Mavericks.
Lamar Odom will be living in L.A. full-time and he’s hired trainers to help him get his game back. Is he joining the Lakers back? Or Maybe city rivals Clippers? Other nice beach cities as Miami and Oakland could welcome him as an addition if he gets back to good shape, and specially to his playing mind.
After all, Miami´s bench is as thin as a model´s waist, The Lakers missed him on the court this season, and the Clippers could use him to pair for some stretches with Blake Griffin. And well, Golden State has gotten Andrew Bogut, and could be a good pairing alongside him. But that´s just a big if (IF) he can get back to being his old self, or at least an 80% of his old self, instead of the merely 15% of Odom we saw in Dallas.
Reports from Entertainment Weekly, meanwhile say that Khloe and Lamar is not cancelled, but that reviving Lamar Odom´s career is the couple´s priority, and if the show can accommodate to the schedules and priorities, it could go on. What is certain is that, if Lamar Odom signs with another club and plays next season, the chants of “U-GLY-SIS-TER U-GLY-SIS-TER” will once again fill the arenas.
