My lists of cancelled shows of 2012 and renewed shows of 2012 keep growing. And this one is an extension on an already renewed show: FX renewed Sons of Anarchy for season six, after inking a new deal with show creator Kurt Sutter to keep working for three more years with the network, but not only with FX but with 20th Century Fox TV to helm SOA and also develop new projects both for cable and broadcast.
Having Sutter locked in for three years, there is a lot of optimism towards Sons of Anarchy going to at least 7 seasons.
In his official Twitter account, Kurt Sutter announced the news by saying “Closed my deal for 3 more years on SOA. no headlines, no pushed schedule… thank you FX and 20th for your generosity”.
Sons of Anarchy gets renewed for season six and that means a lot more bikes coming our way. Or, to put it another way: “good news”.
What do you think? Are you happy FX renewed Sons of Anarchy for season six? How long do you want the show to go? Let me know in the comments section.
Also, remember to follow me on Twitter for more shows getting renewed as Sons of Anarchy did.

As long as I get to watch Jax (Charlie H.) they can keep it on thru eternity!!! I am so attracted to this man I believe I would
still love him even if he killed puppies and kittens, and that is just sad! Luckily this is all fantasy. So glad, 3 years, YEAH!
