Today has been a day filled of information to put on my lists of cancelled shows of 2012 and renewed shows of 2012, specially thanks to HGTV and Travel Channel. And to finish this renewal-a-ganza, HGTV renewed Selling New York for a new season to premiere in December. Selling New York features assertive, razor-sharp, and always compelling real estate brokers, in the country’s most competitive market. In a city with over eight million people, where the average sale price is over two million dollars, the competition to seal the deal is stiff. Viewers can catch a rare glimpse into a world where brokers go head-to-head with the best and rub shoulders with the wealthiest and trendiest of New York’s social, political and artistic elite.
Selling New York is an American television series airing on HGTV. It features real estate brokers from three Manhattan real estate companies selling real estate to New York’s elite. Season I was filmed between September 2009 and February 2010. The real estate slump is over if you’re a broker or a buyer on HGTVs new show “Selling New York.
