Ok, so a new episode of How I Met Your Mother just ended, and as you all saw, it ended in another wow moment! A passionate kiss between Barney and Robin in the taxicab.
And that brings back the question of who is Barney getting married to, Nora or Robin?
In the episode called Disaster Averted, The gang reminisces about what happened during Hurricane Irene and Barney tries desperately to get out of wearing the ducky tie.
But the Hurricane Irene was not the disaster averted, it was the almost kiss between Barney and Robin, just a few days before him getting back to Nora and her meeting Kevin.
Well, this kiss between Barney and Robin at the end of the episode, paired with the fact that Robin realized she loves him puts us where? In Barney and Robin getting back together?
Or is Barney going to meet Nora´s parents? After all, we still don´t know what will happen.
But here´s the place to do a spoiler theory: Barney will go meet Nora´s parents, and Barney and Robin are not getting back together just now. Kal Penn´s story arc is yet to be completed, and the suspense on who he is marrying will last at least until the end of the season.
So, for the following at least six or seven episodes, Barney is not getting back together with Robin, and the kiss between Robin and Barney does not mean they get back together now.
But, as I said before, Barney and Robin will get back together at season´s end and eventually get married.
