This show, has joined both lists of cancelled shows and renewed shows of 2013. Well, now that AMC renews The Killing for season three. The show was cancelled last July, but later, in November, rumours of Netflix joining AMC in order to revive the show gained traction, and now, it is official, The Killing is renewed for season three, with a self contained case; A year after closing the Rosie Larsen case, Linden is no longer a detective. But when her ex-partner Stephen Holder’s search for a runaway girl leads him to discover a gruesome string of murders that connects to a previous murder investigation by Linden, she is drawn back into the life she thought she’d left behind.
So, season three renewal for The Killing comes to resurrect the show from the dead, and will have another twelve episodes run delving into a new mistery after the Rosie case is closed. So, a show that comes back from the dead, to join The Walking Dead… talk about zombies on premium cable!
