I LOVE Mr Sunshine! I was positive 4 minutes into the first episode. It has so many elements of Studio 60.
I loved that they added "A Song For You", the Leon Russell song. You can call it an Andy Williams song, or a Carpenters song, but it really should not be called a Natalie Cole song. That's like calling "When A Man Loves A Woman" a Micheal Bolton song.

The best singing of this song on a TV show would have to go to the 2009 revamp of Cupid. In the series premier. Sean Maguire, formerly of The Class, sings this song with a Mariachi band to win the heart of a girl.

She must be there as others did. She's one of most important person in Clark's life. Seeing her there is a needed closure. Removing the green kryptonite from her body for her to be nearer with Clark as friend.
