We are reviewing all the cancelled shows and renewed shows of the season. This is yet another CW piece of good news.
It was a no-brainer. America´s Next Top Model is the CW highest rated show.
Hence, America´s Next Top Model gets renewed by The CW for cycle 15 and 16.
More Tyra Banks, more Jay Alexander, more Nigel Barker, more Jay Manuel… Still undefined on the next cycles of ANTM are the guest judges, and if there´s a theme, such as petite models or anything.
For now, just the news of America´s Next Top Model renewal for two more cycles.
What is America´s Next Top Model About? Plot
America’s Next Top Model (often shortened to Top Model or abbreviated as ANTM) is a reality television show in which a number of women compete for the title of America’s Next Top Model and a chance to start their career in the modeling industry.
The show was created and is hosted by former talk-show host and model Tyra Banks, who also serves as the head judge and executive producer of the show. The first “cycle” premiered in May 2003 and was one of UPN’s highest rated shows. The show’s seventh cycle was the first of the shows among regular programming on UPN’s successor network, The CW, and thus far is the network’s highest rated series. The show will continue until at least the 2009-10 season. The opening theme is performed by Tyra Banks and is produced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins. Banks co-produces the show with Ken Mok and Anthony Dominici for 10 by 10 Entertainment and Bankable Productions, syndicated internationally by KingWorld (and its successor CBS Television Distribution), and domestically as a “presentation” of VH1. For the 2006-2007, 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 television seasons, ANTM was the #1 show in average viewers on The CW.
On February 16, 2010, The CW renewed ANTM for a 15th and 16th cycle.

umm i have no clue why they keep on renewing antm..i mean after this point how many times do we have 2 keep seeing the same thing over and over again?. girls tryna 2 be models. it’s always different faces but he plot of the show still remains the same. it’s always a mean girls, known sometimes as the ‘black bitch”, then it’s the i think i knw it all girls, that really haven’t see the world or been through life 2 knw wat is really going on. trya try’s 2 make things more different n interesting by say she’s doing 1 season 4 short models, fat models, n so on. i don’t understand why this show is still on. at the end of the day trya banks is just making this women have hate themself even more. trya knows the model world more then anybodu so she should know that this lil barrels she trynna break down isn’t going 2 work. i’m sorry bbut right now into days world a tran-gender is not going 2 be a spoke person 4 cover girl. so why bring he on the show. when she dtep out into the models world they not getting jobs. where is whitney, trya plus-size model. she is gergous don’t get me wrong. but in the model world she is over-weight.i’m really not a hater.. i use 2 be n love wit this show, but after 15,15 season of the same thing n people that didn’t win u see on tv, on runwways, n magazine more then the winners. why keep on doing this show. i knw reality tv. is cheaper 2 produce, but cam cw come up wit another show..i think it’s time 4 somwthing new..:}
This show should have been finished long ago. Tyra ruins it with all her imature nonsense. I watch Austrailia’s next top Moded and Britain’s . America’s is shameful, Austrailia and Britain keep the girls in check and do not allow the Bullying you see on the American version. I think it is horrible the way they show the girls behaving so badly and it is not a good image to present. Shame on Tyra, what the heck does she stand for? This is not the image I want my young girls to see. Bad behavior deserves consequenes.
I really hope they drop this show or smarten Tyra up and get judges that are fairer to all the girls.

I was raised not to make promiss you cannot keep. I am 59 years old, was one of your biggest fans on your talk show and model show. I feel like crying because i used u as a role modl to my dgt and my granddgt. I feel let down and thay u will or probably never see this reply or give a care. I wish u would. Your Mom appears to be a great Mom/Supporter to you. Tyra, I would love to talk to you not on telephone or cell but on network. I am tinkingyou may feel u are above that or to busy, but as a retired Registered Nurse, believe me people are important, deserve to be loved, respected, treated right, and the anount of the income is just numbers which go up and down.
