Jack I believe this is one of NBC best new shows it’s hysterically funny, and the writing is quite good with characters that are very well developed, whom have good intersecting plot lines that have a chance to actually go somewhere over the several seasons. Let's face it it's a hell of a lot better than Outsourced, which is just a one trick pony based on the punch line of a joke, and The Office, which is out to pasture at this point. Hopefully NBC will stick by this for at least another season, so it has a chance to get some legs (something they sadly never do anymore). Let's not forget both Seinfeld and Cheers had dismal ratings in the beginning. This show seems like it just needs some time to develop, and hell Mary Elizabeth Ellis could carry the whole thing by herself for a year if she had too. That woman is a comic genius. Also I would like to ad that one should never base their opinion of a show off the pilot. Pilots are often rough and rarely good, even with the best of shows. The entire crew and probably writing staff is probably changed by the time a show gets picked up, so one should always watch at least the first two episodes before forming an opinion on any show.
