Some things I´m really interested in is in studying how brands and shows develop fandom. And while at it, learning about Captology. Well, folks at NBC are giving me some material to check, and an invite to share with you, The Voice fans, since Fans of “The Voice” will have a chance to take a spin in the hottest seat on television when the show’s Coach’s Chair goes on tour across the U.S. January 21 – February 11.
NBC celebrates the Season 2 of its hit show THE VOICE by creating an exact replica of the iconic coach’s chair from the show and sending it across the country making special appearances in key markets/locations. At each appearance, fans will have the opportunity to sit in the chair and just like a coach from the show, they can hit the button making the chair spin around and light up “I Want You”! Each fan’s experience in the coach’s chair will be recorded then emailed allowing them to share with friends and their social media outlets. Additionally, special song download cards and other giveaways will be distributed at each event.
