We are reviewing all the cancelled shows and renewed shows of the season.
This fall season, a lot of shows are falling like crazy. NBC already cancelled Outlaw, ABC Family cancelled Huge, Fox cancelled Lone Star, ABC cancelled My Generation, and also cancelled The Whole Truth, and MTV cancelled The City in its second season, and HBO cancelled Big Love at its fifth.
Some are getting renewed, since HBO renews Eastbound & Down for season three, and also renews Bored to Death for season three.
And in this case, TLC renews Sister Wives for a second season to air on 2011. Big Love ends, Sister Wives is renewed. That´s the cycle of life.
Sister Wives is an American reality television series broadcast on TLC in 2010. The show documents the life of a polygamist family living in Lehi, Utah, which includes patriarch Kody Brown, his three wives and their 13 children. It will also televise Brown’s courting and marriage to a fourth wife, who herself has three children. Sister Wives first broadcast on September 26, 2010, and is set to run for at least seven episodes.
Brown and his wives have claimed they participated with the show to make the public more aware of polygamist families and to combat societal prejudices. Brown has claimed his polygamist arrangement is legal because he is legally married only to one woman, and the other marriages are spiritual unions. Nevertheless, legal experts have claimed the series could leave the Brown family vulnerable to criminal prosecution.
One day after the series debuted, Lehi police announced they were conducting a bigamy investigation into the family. The Utah Attorney General’s office has not ruled out seeking criminal charges against the Browns, but stated they do not have the resources to go after polygamists who are not suspected of serious crimes such as child abuse or child trafficking.

I find the show totally disgusting! He is hiding behind religion to commit adultry.And what are the children learning from this? Especially the boys..that women are to be looked upon as F bags and baby makers and slaves to do the man’s biding. What is wrong with ths ladies have they no self esteen? I think the husband is a nasty, selfish,pig of a man. I just feel so sorry for the children. Tell you what the my husband brings home another woman I will shove my foot so far up his butt my toes will be coming out his mouth. That is after I kick her butt! gezz!! I cannot believe people watch this garbage. And no I am NOT happy this show is back on.
Yes, I will continue to watch Sister Wives. I lived among Mormons for some time and I really like their perspective and admire them for coming out and showing their lives on TLC.
i liked the first 3 wives,why did he take a forth?i don’t agree the way they live at all!!if i truly loved my husband there is no way i would want him to go to bed with 2 or 3 other womwn.you can’t tell me their is no jealousy.love the first 3 wives,don’t like robin.

For ONE how cruel to be bashing a person for the way they look. thoses comments sound more jealous than anything else.If these women decide that this is ok for them the share THIER life with another then that is thier business. they are not held at gun point to do this. i think they are VERY strong women and are very committed to having a good life. whom are we to say it is wrong. NO one and as far as the cooment on “where does it say in the binle that this will get you closer to GOD” it doesnt but it also DOESNT say it wont.. People dont make stupid staements if your going to make them. No i dont agree with it but am interested in the show and the different ways of life. This is America. we are all different and no one should cast a stone as no one is Perfect!!!!!!!!
