This show is full of the usual stereotypical characters that Americans so like, wimpy females or other extreme females with so called 'Balls' who if you say Boo to would crumple in a heap, even the tough females have their hair products and lipstick! The men usual 'hard ass' male stereotypes that no one believes or wants! The American producer 'Steven Spielberg' potrays American society as invincible which everyone knows is simply not the case as it has had its 'Butt' kicked many many times. If we are going to be have 'overhyped' scifi make it good, we don't want unbelieveable scenarios where a bunch of social misfits with psychological problems can outsmart aliens which have travelled across space, are technologically advanced yet have weaponary that seems to miss most peoplebecause they are in the '2nd mass'. If I had the choice I would shoot the 2nd, 3rd and 4th mass myself!
Watching 'Falling skies' is like watching a bunch of deranged people wandering about with guns trying to deal with their social problems rather than getting on with the matter at hand, Like 'Dallas' without the fancy clothes. Spielberg needs to return to his early days and learn people want believable scenarios and characters that work in the positions they find themselves in. Moon Bloodgood talking about her criminal days & 'Having a baby' and all the usual American drivel needs to be parked on the back burner and for the viewing audience not to be subjected to 'Dr Assholes' Psycholgy hour for the deranged. We want more believable characters are more representative scenarios as to an attack by a vastly more powerful enemy would represent.

I see very little value in HBO GO until I can suibsrcbe to the service, sans a cable/satellite subscription. I don't see a ton of value in being able to watch HBO content on my iPhone while at the gym, on a bus, in an airport, etc. and I really don't see any value in streaming HBO GO to a device (e.g. iPad, iPhone, television, etc.) while I am in my home. If I have the cable/satellite subscription, why would I feel compelled to stream the content instead? Perhaps there is some great feature or use that I am overlooking, however, HBO GO strikes me as being valuable to a very limited set of users.Bottom line for me and most people I have to believe, is that HBO GO only gets really interesting when I can suibsrcbe to it as a stand alone service outside of a cable/satellite subscription.

We are very relieved the show is renewed, it has renewed our faith that there is intelligent life. Although I would like to see those young couples stop being with the wrong people it gets hard to like all four of them, still it's the best thing on TV.

I am thrilled HBO has renewed Newsroom The little drama's goling on with the characters has me screaming at the TV " TELL HER THE REST OF THE MESSAGE" I know your thinking get a life, but i am so sick of all this mind numbing realty tv and HBO seems to be the only network offering me something to think about and heh I'm Canadian, before Newsroom I didn't even care about my big brother across the border. Keep up the great work.
